Wine For Your Valentine

Stuck planning a special date for you and your partner this Valentine's day?

Being single this year, I took it upon myself to dream up some potential (and practically free) date ideas along with the perfect wine pairings for all of you with a special someone out there.

1. Cook a beautiful home made dinner.
Enjoy the intimacy of creating a fancy dinner together while enjoying a beautiful bottle of tasty wine! I recently tried the Foxtrot Vineyards 2012 Henricsson Vineyard Pinot Noir and it was so yummy. It's easy drinking, elegant and a great food wine.

Here are some easy Valentines dinner ideas from

2. Netflix and Chill
Maybe this Valentines Day you and your partner need an easy night of marathoning a new Netflix series. I'd recommend sipping on a bottle of Les Fleurs du Mals grabbing your favorite throw blanket and tuning into A Series of Unfortunate Events. While not the most romantic, it's sure to Keep both of you on the edge of your seats.

3. Sunset Hike
What better way to feel accomplished than to hike a mountain and catch the sunset with your loved one. If you're going to do so, you'd better be packing some bubbly. For Valentines, I'd recommend a bottle of pink bubbles! The Joie Farm Plein de Vie 2015 Brut is a beautiful shade of pink and tastes like fresh strawberries and raspberries. Celebrate your hike by poppin' a bottle!

4. Lastly, I decided to include a bonus recommendation for all my fellow single ladies out there. Whether you're enjoying a cozy bubble bath to yourself or getting tipsy with your girlfriends I'd recommend the 2013 Ravenswood Icon Red Blend. It's an award-winning wine that exudes dark fruit and spice!

Whether you're celebrating with a special someone or not Valentine's day is always a good excuse to enjoy a glass of vino or two. I hope you have a happy Valentines day surrounded by those you love.

It's a beautiful place, having such an open and joyous feeling to it. It's totally amazing! This is definitely a wonderful place to spend time. It's plenty fun to sit at LA event venues and enjoy food and drinks with amazing conversations.
