Watermelon Cucumber Sangria

Summer is officially here! That mean's days are longer and drinks are stronger. We don't know about you, but one of our go-to drinks of the season is sangria. To prepare for patio season and Canada Day we made a watermelon cucumber sangria that was refreshing and SO yummy.

We started by prepping our fruit, slicing our cucumbers and picking our mint leaves. Neither of us are a Martha Stuart in the kitchen, but we actually enjoyed joking about our knife handling skills. Next we juiced our lime and watermelon and set them aside. 

After our prepping adventure we combined the fruit, mint, honey and watermelon juice into our serving jug.




We then added the fun stuff! In goes the brandy, perrier and rosé! 








And there you have it! Give it a good stir and if you can wait, let it sit for a half hour in the fridge. We could hardly wait so we got right into ours.
